The pedigree herd (AIREDALE ANGUS) is gathering momentum, no’s now in the 70s and about to increase further as we embark upon autumn calving.

Dana our first pedigree Angus cow calved last spring and has since had her second calf on the farm. Both are doing well.

Maiden heifers from (Rawburn Angus) ensuring the best of genetics for future Airedale calves.

Netherton Frances weighs in at over a ton, she is extremely well sized for the Angus breed. Growth should be very impressive in her progeny .

Airedale’s new stock bull Lord Horatio from the Weeton herd. His blood lines are up there with the best. His father has the largest recorded eye muscle in Australia. Which will hopefully be an advantage to our future steak products.

These pedigree heifers were bought from Crook Rise herd. We have artificial inseminated these with top of breed bulls to create more quality breeding stock for the future.

Latest purchased cows the Moss herd are all due to calf soon with top line sires. One of these cows has and an outstanding shape and and is in calf to SAV Brave 8320, due 26th May 2014 . We are looking forward to see what she is going to produce for the future.
